Game Preview: Georgia at Tennessee



The Dawgs will travel to Knoxville tomorrow to face the Tennessee Volunteers. The Vols are 2-3 so far this year and 0-2 in the SEC. This includes a 23-13 loss to Florida in Gainesville. So far, Georgia is 3-2 on the year and 2-1 in the SEC.

This game will be televised on the SEC Network at 12:21 PM Eastern Time. That's Peachtree TV in Atlanta. For other cities, check your local listings.

The Dawgs are coming off an extremely disappointing 20-13 loss to LSU last week. Tennessee lost to Auburn 26-22 in Knoxville last week. This loss resulted in the Tigers jumping into the polls.

What else is there to say about this game? Georgia's offense is terrible. Tennessee's is worse. Georgia's special teams are terrible. Tennessee's are worse. Georgia's defense is terrible. Tennessee's is actually a little better (Eric Berry).

Last year, Georgia beat Tennessee 26-14 in Athens. Matthew Stafford threw for 310 yards, Knowshon Moreno ran for 101 yards, and #10 Georgia beat unranked Tennessee for the first time since 2005.
