Corso: Georgia wins, Herbstreit: LSU wins

Two-thirds of the ESPN College GameDay crew picked the Dawgs to beat LSU today in Athens. These picks were made around 11:58 this morning.

Lee Corso and today's special guest star (whose name escapes me) both picked Georgia to win, mainly because of our better offense. However, LSU's defense is a little better than our defense, so I can see where that thinking could be wrong.

The other GameDay crew member, Kirk Herbstreit, picked LSU to beat Georgia. Their main reason was LSU's (amazing) cornerback Patrick Peterson. If Peterson can successfully cover A.J. Green, then the Dawgs will lose get blown out.

By the way, the Georgia Sports Blog's line for the game is: "Cajun Tears Make a Good Roux". I didn't get it at first, but then I looked up "roux" on dictionary.com. It said, "a cooked mixture of butter or other fat and flour used to thicken sauces, soups, etc.". That's when I finally got it.
