Note: The Week 4 SEC Rankings will be posted on Wednesday this week.
Georgia moved up to #18 in the AP Poll this week after a 20-17 win over Arizona State. The Dawgs won on a last-second field goal after the Sun Devils took a 17-14 lead by scoring two touchdowns within a few minutes in the third quarter.
Georgia also moved up in the USA Today Coaches Poll, moving to #14 (just behind Penn State). Houston and Kansas are ranked just behind the Dawgs in the Coaches Poll.
The big surprise of the week was LSU. The Tigers, who were ranked #7 last week, moved up to #4 in the AP Poll, just behind Florida, Texas, and Alabama. LSU barely beat Mississippi State last week, winning on a last-second goal line stand by the Tigers defense.
