Georgia Trails 6-3 in Capital One Bowl at Halftime

Georgia is behind Michigan State 6-3 in the Capital One Bowl at halftime in Orlando.

UGA's only score came on a field goal by Blair Walsh in the first quarter. Brett Swenson added two field goals for Michigan State. Michigan State has run plays in Georgia territory all day but failed to score points. On offense, the Dawgs stopped themselves as much as Michigan State stopped them, gaining just 118 yards and turning the ball over two times. Both turnovers were stupid, senseless, and should never have happened.

Georgia had a chance to put up another field goal or hopefully a touchdown on the Spartans right before halftime, but Mark Richt made a stupid decision to run about a minute and a half off the clock just to GAIN ONE SINGLE (1) FIRST DOWN! THAT'S RIGHT! ONE! UNO! 1! What in the world was he thinking? (Oh yeah, he wasn't). So instead, the Dawgs didn't score a single thing and went into the locker room behind.
